Cooling water distribution

Depending on the sizes of our cooling systems, the cooling capacity, the water quality and other specific conditions, various components are responsible for the water distribution: 

A gravity system with open main and secondary headers, made of wood, steel plate, reinforced PP or GRP polyester. Open sprayers with PP baffles are installed underneath. 

Or a closed header system system with PP header piping and sprayers downwards made of PP, resistant to high temperatures. The system is optimised to suit the operating conditions. 

Our specially designed and adapted injection unit component guarantees an efficient, even distribution of the water. As a result, we achieve a very effective cooling capacity.
